To the APEX Community of Customers, Family, and Friends:

“Fear of the unknown is the greatest fear of all.” – Yvon Chouinard

We all know how uncertain the world is right now, so the team at APEX wanted to address the unchartered waters and explain how we addressing the situation.

APEX is focused on our employees, their health, and their well-being. Our employees are an extension of our family. We aim to keep them safe, healthy, and in a low-stress work environment. Effectively immediately, APEX office employees will be working remotely. The one factor we can control within our organization is the support for our employees.

Our team will continue to conduct design, engineering, and production meetings over the phone with our customers. Each department within APEX is reachable via email, phone, and video. We will maintain our customer service-driven focus throughout this time of uncertainty.

All of APEX’s manufacturing and production is completed domestically, in Kansas City, MO. We are pleased to share that all of our employees are healthy and continuing to follow all mandated COVID-19 protocols for workplace safety.

The situation is continuing to develop, and worsen, each day here in the United States, which can be a very anxious time for all families, businesses, and healthcare employees. We share with you in that but feel confident in our country as a whole.

If you have any questions about an upcoming project, a potential project, or just to chat, feel free to give us a call or send us a message (www.apexspecialtyvehicles.com/contact/).

We plan to continue communicating with you as the situation unfolds. In the meantime, you can rest assured knowing that APEX will continue to maintain our core objectives, even as the country business and economic landscape changes. We will provide exceptional service, exceptional quality, and superior fabrication.

Stay healthy and safe,

The APEX team
